Weights & Measures
Quick packer checks using the UK “3 packer rules” (Average, TNE, and Maximum Error).
3 packer rules
- Average Quantity Rule: On average, the actual contents (weight or volume) of all packages in a batch must equal or exceed the nominal quantity stated on the label.
- Tolerable Negative Error (TNE) Rule: No more than 2.5% of packages in a batch may be short by more than the Tolerable Negative Error (TNE). These are "non-standard" (−T1) packages.
- Maximum Error Rule: No single package may be short by more than twice the TNE. These are "inadequate" (−T2) packages and must not be sold.
SG Cup Calibration
Calibrate an SG cup using water density vs temperature, check tolerance (PASS / FAIL), and generate a correction factor.
Tolerance Calculator
Calculate min/max limits from nominal and tolerances.
Unit Converter
Quick conversions for common manufacturing units.
Torque Converter
Convert torque units and estimate preload (optional) from K and diameter.
Gage R&R (Quick)
Estimate %GRR and NDC from EV/AV/PV, with the AIAG verdict (under 10% acceptable, 10–30% marginal, over 30% unacceptable; NDC 5 or more).
AQL Calculator
Calculate sample size and accept/reject points from lot size, inspection level, and AQL values.
Go / No-Go (Printable)
Enter nominal and tolerances, then type/scan a measured value to get an instant PASS/FAIL. Use Print to post limits at a station.
Defects Metrics
Calculate defects per unit (DPU), defects per million units (PPM) and defects per million opportunities (DPMO).
Process Capability
Compute Cp/Cpk from mean, sigma and spec limits (Cpk 1.33 or more is capable).
I-MR Quick Limits
Paste measurements to estimate I-MR chart limits (handy for quick checks).
Barcode Checker
Scan and compare barcodes (reference vs check), or generate a barcode for manual verification.
QR Generator
Generate a QR code for a URL or any text (great for station work instructions).
Julian Code
Convert a date into a Julian code (YYYYDDD), and validate scanned codes (YYYYDDD / YYDDD / DDD).
Week Code
Convert a date into an ISO week code (YYYY-Www).
Takt Time
Calculate takt time from available minutes and demand.
OEE Calculator
Compute overall equipment effectiveness from A/P/Q percentages.
